The proposed Residential Layout is situated at Kurubarahalli village, Bengaluru. The Layout was planned out for 9.0 x 12.0 M (30’ X 40’), 9.0 X 15.0 M (30’ X 50’) sites as it was growing market demand.
The Challenge to develop a Residential Layout is always to dedicate as much as area for Residential sites. In this case we achieved 53.31% of Residential area while maintaining other requirements fulfilled as per bye laws. The whole idea was to develop the area with sustainable practice with underground services and using as much as solar light other energy resources to the maximum extent.
